Letter to High School

Dear Principal and Faculty:

Since 2001, a consortium of secondary schools, community organizations, colleges and universities in the Milwaukee area have been holding an Annual Southeast Asian Youth Education & Career Conference for Southeast Asian-American high school students. Southeast Asian Youth Education and Career Summit. The year, the 2018 conference will takes place Friday, April 13, 2018 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

The goal of the conference is to provide career and post-secondary educational opportunities exposure to Southeast Asian-American high school students. As such, college and university representatives from throughout the state as well as business professional representatives will be present at the conference to meet with students. The SEAYECC Planning Committee strongly believes that the Southeast Asian-American students at your high school will benefit greatly from this conference and are strongly encouraged to attend.

The conference is free for students. In addition, the conference will be arranging transportation to pick up students from your high school if there are enough students signed up to attend the conference by the deadline.

Enclosed are the conference Registration Form. Please assist us in distributing the forms to your students. Form must be submitted to Channy Rasavong by Friday, March 30, 2018.
